Beyond The Lake

In the middle of the lake stood this solitary tree. For some reason, the tree felt otherworldly, almost as if another world awaited me on the other side of the lake.

Another shot taken from the Showa Memorial Park on my way out at closing hour. I really wished I had my tripod with me to take a long exposure. That would give the reflection on the water a smooth silky finish. Alas, I had to make do with what I have.

Perhaps, I will return again to get another shot at this scene. But for now, I’m pretty happy with what I have.
